I graduated from Blue Cliff College in Mobile, Alabama in August of 2005 and am nationally certified with NCBTMB  (National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork) and a member of ABMP( Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals)  I am a native of Fairhope, AL and was raised here.  I have lived here locally my whole life and never really found a reason to leave the area.  After being in a car wreck that resulted in neck injuries, I was introduced to massage in a chiropractic office to deal with my injuries.  I wound up working at the chiropractic clinic and eventually went to massage school myself.  I familiarized myself with common injuries and also worked in a physical therapy office performing massage for people going through rehab for hip and knee replacements, neck and shoulder surgeries as well as any number of other physical injuries. I have specialized in integrated therapies customizing the massage for each client which includes: Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, therapeutic, Thai Yoga as well as many other body treatments.  I have recently been certified in cupping massage techniques.

I really enjoy what I do.  I think my biggest joy is working with someone who has never had a massage before and watching the transformation occur as they realize this is a truly wonderful experience and nothing to be intimidated by or afraid of.  If I can help someone feel better and realize a better state of health by my touch, it is very rewarding to me.
